Vradeto Off Road "Muddy Game",Trekking & Brunch Expedition 17-18/12

A "Fun" Excursion Full of Nature - Game - Unique Images & Good Company..!!!!

We will start our activity from the picturesque Ioannina, heading towards the Mitsikeli peaks, at the bear's nest at 1810m overlooking the Lake of Ioannina, the city and the whole plain, heading towards Zagori.

Leaving behind us the Dikoryfos 1000m and the Manasis of central Zagori with its 26 permanent residents, we will start the mud game, passing the Lakotsoliou bridge we will find ourselves at the Visikou Monastery built in 1114 where we will stop for our tithe..

Immediately after that we will start going to the village of Kipoi Tis Tymfi and we will go uphill to the Church of St.Georgios crossing a demanding Terrain, through the river to reach Tsepelovo and finally to the unique Vrateto where we will have the feast and spend the night. .

The next day will find us discovering the beauties of Vradetos following the perimeter hiking trails in Avgerino, Beloi on the balcony of Vikos with a unique view of the gorge and finally to the Vradetos staircase with its 1100 steps that connected the village of Vradeto with Kapesovo and the rest of the world by the 1970s.

With the two bridges, Pera and Dothe, the Vradettos staircase is a pilgrimage to local architecture.

Thus, full of nature, images, culture and Greece, we will complete our activity having memories and experiences that will accompany us forever..
